Participation package

* Supplies only on presentation of the frame plate! Participants without a frame plate will not be allowed on the course.
Collection of participation package
All participants can collect their pack on site. You will receive a personal confirmation email containing your personal number at the latest 1 week before the tour. You can collect the frame plate from the registration desk on site with this number.
The registration desk is open on:
- Friday 4 April between 10am and 7pm in Oudenaarde
- Saturday 5 April from 7am in Oudenaarde or from 6am in Bruges (242 km).

- Oudenaarde
- 179 km : 7 am – 8 am
- 144 km : 7 am – 9 am
- 80 km : 7am – 10am
* These are approximate distances. The final distances will be announced when the four courses have been confirmed.
FINISH
The finish of alle distances is on Minderbroedersstraat in Oudenaarde just like the pros. The last supply post closes at 7 pm. If you arrive here later, you are no longer an official participant and are obliged to take the shortest route to the finish. The finish in Oudenaarde officially closes at 8 pm.
We Ride Flanders Expo
Opening times:
- Friday 4 April: 10am – 7pm
- Saturday 5 April: 7am – 8pm
You can pick up your participant pack and Gobik windstopper here and hand in your frame plate after the ride. In addition, you can come “stroll” among the expo booths and have something to eat or drink.
Free transportation small luggage/clothes *
Participants of the longest distance (242km) can drop off a sports bag in Bruges in the morning between 6am and 8am. Participants will receive a wristband with the same number attached to their sports bag.
The sports bags will be transported by truck to a supply point (we will communicate later which supply point). The sports bags will be there between 10:30 and 13:00.
At 1 pm the truck will leave for Oudenaarde where the participants can pick up their sports bags after their ride from 3 pm onwards.
Loose articles of clothing or plastic bags will not be accepted. So make sure you bring a tight-fitting (sports) bag to put your belongings in.

Shuttle service
OUDENAARDE » BRUGES
There is a shuttle service (bus transport including bike trailer) for participants leaving from Bruges (242km) between Oudenaarde and Bruges.
You can take the shuttle in the morning or evening, as you wish. The buses run at 5.15am, 7pm and 8pm from Oudenaarde to Bruges and you should indicate your choice at registration.
Can I cancel my entry?
Are you injured or can’t participate for a different reason?
While registering you have the option to purchase a cancellation insurance for just € 14. If cancelled before the end of the day January 15, 2025, 100% of the registration total will be refunded.
Any extras such as T-shirts, merchandise, Sportograf pictures, medal engraving and cancellation policy itself will not be refunded (non-exhaustive). If you already registered without a cancellation insurance, then it is no longer possible to buy the insurance afterwards.
Cancellation requests should be submitted via this contact form by January 15, 2025 at the latest.
From January 16, 2025 onwards it is no longer possible to request a reimbursement.
Health
We advise everyone to avoid strenuous efforts for which they are not physically prepared. Make wise choices regarding the distance you want to cover and/or the pace you want to impose on your body.
If you want to perform sports at a high intensity, you should have yourself checked annually by a (sports) doctor. The presentation of medical certificates is not mandatory.
It is up to the athlete to decide how to deal with the information provided during a medical check-up.
The organizer bears no responsibility in this regard.
