Group registration

Do you have fewer than 10 participants by the registration deadline? Your group registration and reservation will be cancelled.

Create & manage your group
You will receive a group name and group code by email. From there, you can add or remove participants at any time.
Payment & pack collection
The group leader is responsible for the payment of all registrations. Rider packs can be collected as a group package or individually.

Collecting your rider pack
You will receive a confirmation email with your personal start number no later than one week before the event. Use this number to collect your frame plate and exclusive windbreaker at the registration desk. Rider packs will not be sent by post.

- Friday 2/04: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Saturday 3/04: 7 AM to 10 AM
Bruges
- Saturday 3/04: 6 AM to 8 AM
Details group registration
Group registration is available for groups of 10 participants or more, across all distances. If your group has fewer than 10 participants when group registrations close, the group registration and reservation will be cancelled.
Group registrations can only be made through the official online registration platform. Excel files or other registration formats will not be accepted.
First, create your group via the registration form. You will then receive an email containing your group name and group code. Using this code and your chosen password, you can manage your group online. Participants can be added or removed at any time, but only the group leader can validate participants.
Rider packs can be collected either as a group or individually. Please indicate your preference clearly during registration. For group collection, only the group leader may collect the complete group package. For individual collection, each participant will receive a separate confirmation email after the group registration has been finalised and paid for, containing all information required to collect their rider pack.
Once the group is complete, the group leader is responsible for payment of the entire group. Registrations are only confirmed once the group registration has been submitted and paid in full.
After payment, online changes are no longer possible. Any modifications must be made at the registration desk and are subject to an administration fee of €5 per change.
Frame plate deposit
When registering, you pay a €10 deposit for a frame plate equipped with a chip used for timing and tracking during the event.
After finishing, you can exchange your frame plate for an exclusive T-shirt or request a refund of your deposit.
Participants without a frame plate will not be allowed onto the course.
Shuttle service
OUDENAARDE » BRUGES
A shuttle service between Oudenaarde and Bruges is available for participants of the 240 km route. You can book the shuttle in the morning, in the evening, or both. Buses equipped with bicycle trailers depart from Oudenaarde at 5:15 (AM) in the morning and at 19:00 (7 PM) and 20:00 (8 PM) in the evening. You can select your preferred shuttle option during registration. If you’re unsure, you can also add a shuttle transfer later on, subject to availability.
Cancellation policy
During registration, you have the option to purchase a cancellation policy for €14. If you cancel your registration on or before 14 January 2027, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. Any optional extras, including but not limited to the T-shirt, medal engraving and the cancellation policy itself, are non-refundable.
From 15 January 2027 onwards, it is no longer possible to request a refund.

Please note: The cancellation policy can only be purchased during registration. It cannot be added afterwards.
Changes
Name change
Before the event
Until 16 March 2027 at 11:59 PM, you can transfer your entry to another participant free of charge by emailing info@peloton.be.
To process a name change, we require the following details of the new participant:
- Original participant’s reference number
- First name and surname
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Address
- City and postal code
- Phone number
- Emergency phone number
- Email address
On site
After the deadline, name changes can only be made at the ” Changes Name & Distance” desk at the event.
Please collect the rider pack using the confirmation email of the original participant. The registration details can then be updated at the “Changes Name & Distance” desk.
An administration fee of €5 applies to on-site name changes.
Distance change
Before the event
Until 16 March 2027 at 11:59 PM, you can change your selected distance by emailing info@peloton.be.
On site
After the deadline, distance changes can only be made at the “Name & Distance Changes” desk at the event.
Please collect your rider pack first and then visit the “Name & Distance Changes” desk to update your distance.
Distance changes are free of charge.
