You will receive a confirmation email with your personal start number no later than one week before the event. Use this number to collect your frame plate at the registration desk in the Rider Village. Rider packs will not be sent by post.

Finish

The finish of all routes is located on Minderbroedersstraat in Oudenaarde, where you’ll cross the finish line just like the pros.

The final feed station closes at 19:00 (7 PM). Participants arriving after this time will no longer be considered official participants and must proceed directly to the finish via the shortest route.

The finish area in Oudenaarde officially closes at 20:00 (8 PM).

OUDENAARDE » BRUGES

A shuttle service between Oudenaarde and Bruges is available for participants of the 240 km route. You can book the shuttle in the morning, in the evening, or both. Buses equipped with bicycle trailers depart from Oudenaarde at 5:15 (AM) in the morning and at 19:00 (7 PM) and 20:00 (8 PM) in the evening. You can select your preferred shuttle option during registration. If you’re unsure, you can also add a shuttle transfer later on, subject to availability.

Participants of the 80 km, 130 km & 160 km routes

  • A supervised bag storage facility will be available on Saturday at the Rider Village in Oudenaarde.

Participants of the 240 km route

  • In Bruges, you can drop off a sports bag between 6:00 and 8:00 (AM). You will receive a wristband with the same number attached to your sports bag.
  • Bags will be transported by truck to the second feed station, where they can be collected between 9:30 and 11:30 (AM).
  • At 11:30 (AM), the truck will continue to Oudenaarde. Participants can collect their bags again at the Rider Village from 13:30 (1:30 PM) onwards after completing their ride.

General information & recommendations

  • Loose clothing items and plastic bags will not be accepted. Please bring a properly closed sports bag for your belongings.
  • Use a sturdy, securely closed sports bag and make sure it is properly sealed to prevent items from falling out.
  • Do not leave valuable items such as mobile phones, sports watches, wallets or other valuables in your bag.
  • The organisation will take the necessary security measures to supervise the storage area as effectively as possible. However, use of the bag storage facility is entirely at your own risk. The organisation cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.

Changing rooms and showers will be available on Saturday 3 April, at the Rider Village in Oudenaarde.

During registration, you have the option to purchase a cancellation policy for €14. If you cancel your registration on or before 14 January 2027, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. Any optional extras, including but not limited to the T-shirt, medal engraving and the cancellation policy itself, are non-refundable.

From 15 January 2027 onwards, it is no longer possible to request a refund.
